1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing and using KeywordForge ("the Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

2. Description of Service

KeywordForge is an AI-powered keyword research tool designed to help YouTube content creators generate relevant keywords, titles, and tags based on their video content or transcripts.

3. User Accounts and Authentication

To use KeywordForge, you must create an account through our authentication provider, Clerk. You are responsible for:

  • Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
  • All activities that occur under your account
  • Immediately notifying us of any unauthorized use of your account
  • Providing accurate and current information during registration

4. Usage Limits and Fair Use

Free Plan

  • 2 video keyword analyses per day
  • Usage resets daily at midnight UTC
  • One analysis per unique video ID per day

Pro Plan (When Available)

  • 10 video keyword analyses per day
  • Priority processing
  • Additional features as specified

You agree not to:

  • Attempt to circumvent usage limits through multiple accounts or technical means
  • Use automated tools or scripts to access the service
  • Share your account credentials with others
  • Use the service for any commercial purpose without a paid plan

5. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to use the Service to:

  • Generate keywords for illegal, harmful, or inappropriate content
  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations
  • Infringe on the rights of others
  • Transmit any malicious code or attempt to harm our systems
  • Reverse engineer or attempt to extract our algorithms
  • Resell or redistribute our service without permission

6. Intellectual Property Rights

KeywordForge and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Viraj Shoor and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

You retain ownership of the content you input into our service. By using our service, you grant us a limited license to process your content solely for the purpose of providing keyword analysis services.

7. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer

KeywordForge uses artificial intelligence (OpenAI and Claude) to generate keyword suggestions. Please note:

  • AI-generated results are suggestions only and not guarantees
  • Results may vary and should be evaluated for your specific use case
  • We do not guarantee the accuracy, effectiveness, or performance of suggested keywords
  • You are responsible for verifying the appropriateness of generated content

8. Payment Terms and Billing

Free Plan

The free plan is provided at no cost and may be discontinued or modified at any time.

Paid Plans (When Available)

  • All fees are charged in advance on a monthly basis
  • Fees are non-refundable except as required by law
  • We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice
  • Your subscription will automatically renew unless cancelled
  • You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account dashboard

9. No Refunds Policy

All payments are final and non-refundable. We do not provide refunds or credits for any partial months of service, upgrades, or unused portions of the service. This policy applies to all circumstances including, but not limited to:

  • Dissatisfaction with the service
  • Inability to use the service due to technical issues on your end
  • Change of mind after purchase
  • Failure to cancel before the next billing cycle

10. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high service availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may temporarily suspend the service for:

  • Scheduled maintenance
  • Emergency repairs
  • Infrastructure upgrades
  • Compliance with legal requirements

11. Data and Privacy

Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy, which also governs your use of the Service, to understand our practices.

12. Account Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us or deleting your account through the service interface.

13. Disclaimers

The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. KeywordForge makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaims all other warranties including without limitation:

  • Implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose
  • That the service will be uninterrupted or error-free
  • That defects will be corrected
  • That the service or server is free of viruses or harmful components

14. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall KeywordForge, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of the Service.

15. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless KeywordForge and its affiliates from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs or debt, and expenses (including but not limited to attorney's fees).

16. Governing Law

These Terms shall be interpreted and governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where KeywordForge operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

17. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect.
